About
The Ramchi Samudra Charitable Trust, known as (RSCT), was formed on July 15, 2022. Its mission is to “lead women and youth in village council development” by raising awareness and promoting education, eliminating unemployment, promoting entrepreneurship, and creating sustainable employment opportunities across the state and India. The Trust empowers those deprived of education by raising awareness about various educational, career, and business paths. It provides special support to women, youth, and persons with disabilities, helping them acquire skills necessary for good jobs or self-employment. Through personalized career guidance and mentoring to children deprived of education, the Ramchi Samudra Charitable Trust connects students, women, and youth to quality education and career paths so that people from lower castes and communities living in poverty are not deprived of education.
With a view to developing the education sector, we focus on key areas for the development of children and youth. We also believe that children are the future of the nation and women are the architecture of that future, without good health and better education we cannot expect a safe and developed nation

Mission
To create awareness towards “Women and Youth Leadership in Gram Sabha Development” and empower women and youth, persons with disabilities through initiatives in entrepreneurship, skill development, education, sustainable livelihoods and careers, promote mindset change and progress, develop leadership skills to build self-reliant communities in the state and across India.
Goal Statements
By 2031, Ramachi Sundari Charitable Trust aims to work towards social change and leadership by creating awareness and providing quality education to underprivileged children, and to create social, economic, and justice mindsets among over 5,000 women, youth, and persons with disabilities, and to provide leadership and career guidance to over 11,000 women and youth.

Women Entrepreneurship,
Through self-help groups and organizations, efforts are to be made to change the thinking of women and youth towards leadership so that they can create their own identity and become self-reliant.
Child development
Through “My Village, My Education”, efforts are being made to promote the capacity building of women and youth towards leadership in social, economic, justice, fraternity etc. so that no child of any poor labour society is deprived of education. So that they can develop a spirit of change in their society.
